My name is Rick Streb and I personally know what it feel like to be out of shape. Check out this picture of what I used to look like...

 

Yep, that's me all right... bloated and miserable.

I find it hard to believe just how heavy I looked back then and how horrible I felt about it. My self confidence was not there, my joy wasn't there, I just didn't enjoy life at that weight.

During my formative years, I was very active and athletic. Throughout grade school, high school and college I played both soccer and baseball at very competitive levels. My senior year in high school I was chosen as a high school All-American soccer player and drafted by the Cincinnati Reds Professional Baseball Club in the 12th round as a pitcher. As I said, I was very active and very athletic. Athletics continued into college as I was selected to the NAIA All-American soccer team and NAIA All-Tournament team at the NAIA Soccer Championship my senior year.

After graduating from college with degrees in Accounting, Exercise Kinesiology and Exercise Science I pursued a career in finance. After years of toiling along, I started earning an exceptional income as a mortgage broker. The more money I made, the harder I worked...and the harder I played. One day while getting ready for work, I realized that none of my clothes would fit me...

I had let myself go.

I had let eating and lack of exercise take control of my life and completely dominate how I lived every day. Not only did it control me at work, it also affected every other area of my life...

At age 45, I ended up dropping loads of fat in 16 weeks (78 total pounds), sculpting my body into lean hard muscle, winning a state bodybuilding championship along the way, and improving the quality of my life ten-fold (or maybe even 100 times)...
